Well this is just for a laugh and to learn something along the way.

Every once in a while I will chuck a body related quiz question in here and first person to answer wins pretty much.

i like to do any rotating exercises especially side-lying external rotations. i do these before shoulder workouts and it really helps warming up my shoulders

ahh going back to my anatomy days... abduction is moving away from the center part of the body, adduction is moving towards the center

well for chest I'd take a bench press with a pause at the bottom, and for legs power cleans.

Ballistic bench press in the smith machine, and jump squats.

not sure on your thoughts here. how is the pause at the bottom 'explosive'?

A meet style bench press, you lower the bar, pause at the bottom and the explode back up.
could also be done in a rack.
