Mine was-

6.30am 4 whole eggs scrambled, 1 scoop Iso whey in water, 100g oats

9am 450g ground beef, spinach, 1 scoop Unisys in water

11.30am 6 whole eggs scrambled, 1 handful almonds

2pm 6oz topside steak, spinach, 1 scoop Unisys

4.30pm 2 scoops Iso whey, 1 scoop Unisys, 100g oats, 1 banana

7pm PWO 2 scoops whey, 3 scoops Torrent, 1 scoop waximaize

8.30pm 2 chicken breasts, broccoil

10.30pm will be 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

8am: 3 scoops Iso Whey (+ fibre supp.); 2 packets oats; 20g EVOO

10.30am: 6 oz. Chicken; 125g white rice; 20g Mac Nut Oil; Broccoli

1.30pm: 6 oz. Roast Beef; 125g white rice; 20g EVOO; Broccoli

Mid-Workout: 4 scoops Torrent
Post-Workout: 3 Scoops Iso Whey

4.30pm: 6 oz. chicken; 125g white rice; 20g Hazelnut Oil; Green Beans

7pm: 3 Scoops Iso Whey (+fibre supp.); 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

As I type this, 9.30pm: 6 whole eggs, boiled.

So far today, the menu has gone like this:

1. 4 whole eggs, 1 xl banana, 2 scoops pb

2. real gains w/ eaa stack

3. 8oz ground beef, 6oz sweet potato

4. same as 3 (eating it as we speak)

of course its only 4:51pm over here ....

my god, you animals put some food down.

I have such trouble putting down 3 whole meals with 3 snacks/shakes.

Normal days:
Early morning pre workout: garanola bar/protein bar (1 or 2), pump, mstak
WORKOUT
Morning: whey shake, oatmeal, yogurt
Mid morning: garanola bar, yogurt
Lunch: chicken, rice
Mid day : whey shake
Evening : fish, rice or pototoes
Before bed : casien shake/milk.... sometimes eggs..

On good days, ill make eggs/turkey in the morning

8AM - 2 scoops ON 100% whey, 1/2 cup oats blended into shake
9AM - 1 10oz chix breast, 1 cup greenbeans
12PM - 1 10oz chix breast, 1 cup brown rice
1PM - 2 scoops ON 100% whey
3PM - banana natty, peanut butter
5PM - 1 10oz chix breast, 1 cup green beans
6PM - Cuts, M-Stak, Training / Cardio, 2 nitro
9PM - 2 scoops ON 100% whey, flex

3 omega eggs and 8 egg whites w/ salsa in an ezekiel tortilla
50g whey iso w/ 1 cup blueberries and 3/4cup oats and 1tbsp macadamnia nut oil
9 oz chicken w/ 3/4 cup brown rice, 1/3 cup cashews and a cup of green beans
then i worked out
50g waxy maize w/ nitro pack...then about 30 mins after-50g whey iso
9 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice 1/3 cup cashews and a cup green beans
50g whey iso and 2tbsp natty pb

12-100g oats, 1 scoop whey, 100g blueberries, 3 choc caramel rice cakes
330- 100g oats, 1 scoop whey, blueberries, capn crunch cereal, 20gm almond butter
6- wendys taco salad, bag of instant rice
830- cup egg whites, 15gm peanut butter, 10 butter toffee rice cakes
11- 2 bags popcorn, 250gm cottage cheese 15 gm almond butter

8: 5 eggs on a WW bagel with tomatoe...500ml whole milk and a banana
11: 1 chicken breast with steamed veggies...and an orange
1: 1 chicken breast with steamed veggies
3: 1 chicken breast with steamed veggies
5: steak and more milk...another banana
8: 2 scoops whey with banana, cup blueberries, yogurt, and more milk
10: steak with yes...more milk!

so far 2 cups of coffee, 8 eggs with some turkey sausage, and oatmeal

the rest of the day is turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and more turkey.
