Hey fellas,

I finally decided to get 1 of these. I realized all of the benefits that come with havin' 1. I'm lookin' forward 2 both gettin' and givin' advice.

I'm currently in the process of settin' up a new program, but the split looks like this:

Sun.-off
Mon.-Shoulders, traps, and biceps
Tues.-Quads, calves, and abs
Wed.-off
Thurs.-Chest and Triceps
Fri.-Back, hams, and calves
Sat.-off

Well, I'm gonna go eat now so...,

Ok,

After a 2 month hiatus from postin', I figured it was time 2 get back on here. With a tried n true standby split n an assload of supps., I'm ready.

The new split is:

Sun.-off
Mon.-Chest
Tues.-Back
Wed.-off
Thurs.-Shoulders and Traps
Fri.-Legs
Sat.-Arms

It's medium volume.
The rep range is 3-8.

Shoulders and Traps

The highlights were:

Military Press 165x4
Front Raises 40x10
Lateral Raises 30x6
Bent-over lateral raises 60x6
Upright Rows 115x6

Barbell Shrugs 455x8 and 475x6

Hit up torrent/nitro and protein 20 mins. lata
