ive been feelin like my lats have been lackin lately so i decided to have a blast day.


chinups 2 sets til failure
Bent BB Rows 10 sets of 8
Lat Pull Downs 2 sets of 8
Back Extensions 3 sets of 12

then to get a little burn on my triceps..

body weight dips 3 sets of 10
cable pushdowns 3 sets of 30
Overhead Extensions 1 set til failure

10 sets of barbell rows? That must've been fun. It's good to shock the muscles every once a while, good job bro.

Heres a good blast: Drop the four back exercises and instead do a 20 rep set of deads with a weight you can normally move for ten reps.
Feel free to vomit afterwards.

I would replace chinups with pullups.

Barbell rows have no need for 10 total sets, unless your using high intensity which you weren't you were using high volume.

If you can preform 10 sets of 8 with a weight it is not heavy enough. Increase the intensity.

I wouldn't train 3 direct movements for triceps either. Especially 30 reps, that's for endurance (not muscle gain).
