Hey. well i'll be logging my workouts in this.
a little about myself

16 yr old male
i enjoy sports and women, and apple pie.
Who doesn't? lol
anyway i used to be a fat kid i slimmed down freshmen year from 190 to 156 lbs
currently i'm 180 lbs. muscular but some fat added through bulking up.
Goal: look lean and muscular.

what i've done so far:
well i've been working out for 2 years now. but each year i end up taking 2-3 months off due to stupid events and timing.
start max current max
bench 55lb....................185
squat 86.......................280
row 45.......................150-160

i started deadlifting mainly last year. i got upto 255 for 6 reps. but i havnt done deads or squats in a while. i just took 2 months off of working out b/c of a job and school but i got back into it today.

peace fellas !

There's no such thing as spot reduction. You'll have to lose fat overall.

But you listed the ways to do so.

x2
keep on eating less than your body needs and you'll lose fat.
