should i involve a high carb day or a low carb day on my offdays while im on moderate carbs.
my split is four days on one day off. Or should i just keep it mod carb the whole way through.

Usually a person would eat less on their off days. I personally have 6 whole food meals on off days, and 6 whole food meals + Torrent on workout days (60g carbs). You have to figure out whats best for you. Some people respond well to high carbs, other get too heavy. Eat less calories (carbs included) on non-training days. Other than that, just figure out what works best for you.

Sorry bro, I've never done a carb-cycling diet. I just slowly lowered my carbs as the weeks went on. I would say have less carbs on non-workout days bc you're not having your post workout nutrition.

If you're more endomorphic, drop the carbs low on off days.

I would worry less about quantity and more about quality. If your carbs are coming from unprocessed oats, rice, and vegetables I wouldn't even keep count.

holy crap 4 days on 1 day off! thats a lot of training...but if you want to carb cycle put high carbs on leg day and back day medium carbs on chest and shoulders, and low carbs on off days, heres what i did when i carb cycled and it worked great i got pretty lean, its just 4 days a week training so...

legs - high carb
chest/biceps - med carbs
off - low carbs
back - high carbs
shoulders/triceps - med carbs
off - low carbs
off - cheat day

again this worked for me and its pretty much as simple as it gets, at the beginning i weighed 220 and used 275 for high carb, 225 for med and 150-175 for low

i think its smartest to always follow a high carb day with a low carb day. If you have a day with lots of insulin (high day) you dont need medium carbs the next day. If youre dieting I would have one carb up day. If you arent bulking I dont see a reason for multiple carb ups.
Right now Im doing mon-thursday around 100 carbs...50 with breakfast 50 post workout. i train mon-thursday. friday low as possible as 1 hour of cardio/boxing. sat as low as possible. Sunday high carbs + a cheat meal.
