Here are my 2 favorites. If your anything like me, you eat oatmeal/grits for breakfast everyday. I like quick oats (costs 3 bucks for a family size) and Quaker Grits. Anyways heres the recipes

1/2 cup oats
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
8 crushed natural pecans
tbsp of peanut butter
one banana sliced
dash of splenda/Cin./whatever spice
1/8 cup of water
mix
microwave for 1min on high
stir

2nd recipe
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat pancake mix
1 tbsp of unsweeted natural chocolate powder
1 serving of heavy cream
8 crushed almonds
1 tbsp crushed flaxseed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup water
mix
microwave for 1min on high
stir

I have this after morning cardio with Pak.

I drink my oats or I get TOO full.

1 cup oats (blended in coffee grinder)
2 scoops protein
1/2 cup frozen berries
Yogurt (sometimes)
Some water

Blend together. Yummy !!!

Good for atleast 500 cals.

1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 cup blueberries

let it sit for 10 mins so the oats get moist, microwave for 15 seconds. should still be cold.

8-12oz 2% Milk
2-3 Whole Raw Eggs
1tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1c Oatmeal
1 Scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter Syntha 6 or Muscle Milk

A lot of calories, but for a breakfast mass gainer shake it is amazing. Very Filling too.

My Base is:
1 cup oatmeal (made w milk)
1 tbs peanut butter
dab of honey

Then I add ether:
1 Scoop Chocolate whey,
Some type of berries,
or craisins depending on my morning mood.

I like mine as follows:

1 cup oats
1 cup water.
Microwave at 50 % for 5 minutes.
add Half Splenda/Half Sugar ( new blend )
Slivered Almonds/Pecans/walnuts
Raisins.

Thats what i eat normally. But i will try the others for sure!

1 2/3 Cups Oats
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 Packet Splenda
Enough water to JUST cover it

Cook that up until it is a solid chunk.

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese

Mix them into the oats.
Throw a few eggs on top and I'm golden

This makes one intense meal. Definitely my favorite post workout feast.

Great guys!! I will for sure try the breakfasts that are shown.
This is what I eat everyday before going to sleep...
On training days, post work out dinner, this becomes my desert.
On non-training days it is an extra before going to sleep.

1 1/2 cup of oats
1lbs of full yoghurt
1 sliced banana
1 cut up orange
a bit of sugar to take away that sour taste
1 scoop of chocalate whey protein
1 tea spoon of glutamine
a bit of honey

First put the yoghurt, oats chocolate whey protein, glutamine and sugar and or honey i a bowl. Stir up real good. Than add the fruits and enjoy!!

yo pain watch what products you mention on here bro....(the rules)

1 cup oats
1 scoop protein vanilla
a dash on cinammon
toss in some diced almonds or ground pecans
1/2 cup milk

microwave for 1 minute.

Tried a new one this weekend

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/8 cup crushed walnuts
1 sliced banana
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup of milks
1 tbsp of natty pb

Yum
