Brothers how many weeks do you bulk for? And do you bulk straight or do you take breaks inbetween so many weeks?

there are no rules set in stone

some guys keep on bulking for years, others alternate between bulking/cutting cycles every once in a few months, some even do mini-cycles such as 4 week bulk and 2 week cut...

i have been bulking for about 2 years maybe more...cant really remember...i dont see the need to cut unless your going into competition..or your just going for that leaned out look...i prefer the big bulky look though.

well i dunno im always hungry...i can give you my meals as of yesterday

5am-wake up animal flex-3 scoops of bsn true mass
7am-supreme protein bar
9am-natural peanut butter on whole grain bread
11am-2 scoops of on chocolate whey
1pm-6 egg whites in a wrap with turkey and cheese
3pm-supreme protein bar
330pm-shock therapy then gym
whatever time i get done training take MHP dark matter post workout
1 hour later 5 slices of pizza..2 scoops on whey
i dont remember times here just what i ate ...later on i had 2 hamburgers then before i went to bed i had another 3 scoops of bsn true mass.

i also take animal pack. and take 6 uni livers per meal. and i probably ate more shit then that i just dont remember every piece of food i consumed haha.

Hey you look pretty lean in the bulking phase. What's wrong with the second picture though? Do you have cheat days or meals?

of course i cheat..i dunno there is no second pic..that always happens when i upload from imageshack.....last night i ate the 5 slices of pizza..today i ate 4 pop tarts which easily amounts to a quick 800 calories.

Damn! I get fucking guilty from eating just a piece of candy. Of course thats afterwards. But that was before and now I would like to add some size. You look pretty lean though. Do you do cardio in your bulking?

yes i do cardio..remember ...20 min on a stationary bike 2 times per week...you do not want to get a fat ass gut that to me is just not bodybuilding...you should look into a weight gainer...but eat pretty clean throughout the day...i usually throw in a cheat every day just for the quick calories...

Oh! I got the idea that in order to get big you get a little fat. Any tips on the cardio though? You do HIIT or just moderate intensity cardio? Oh and cardio does require you to eat more calories. Is that why you cheat every day? Or is that every other day?

moderate intensity cardio...to get big you have to eat big there is no way in getting around it...i cheat every day because eating clean foods its hard to get in alot of calories in a day...and i work a very physical job...remember what works for me may not be best for you.

i do not calorie count..but just my two gainer shakes and two protein bars = about 2,000 calories alone.
