So it's another day, another dollar in the house of pain...you know the routine...some of the beach bums walk in. (my college gym is dominated by pretty boy wannabes...the scourge of the gym) I continue to go about my business and see them load up the bech with 315..now im thinking 'well damn, if one of these guys can put that ill be impressed' I then see a circle of sorority chicks around praising his soon to be feat of strength...well he has two spotters on opp. ends of the bar...they end up deadlifting it while he lifts and the girls buy the whole thing!!! What the fuck?
But fear not, irony is a cruel thing. One of the girls then asks if he can SQUAT that much and of course he says yes. They load up the rack and again the spotters assume the same stances...he bottoms out..and SHITS himself...you hear this thing like a gun went off. he then waddles out of the gym claiming that the sound was a 'ripped muscle'...with a trail of evidence behind him...

But damn, he couldnt squat that?!? I can squat that and im only 16.
That's a funny story. I'd love to see one of the fuckin Hollister models at my school shit themselves in the weight room.

Man I feel bad for him.... I mean I guess its kinda funny but i wouldn't wish that on him man its fucked up lol.... Thats too embarrassing although it almost happened to me once lol I just farted really loud...
Here's a new one from the other day:
I'm in the free weight part of the weight room at 6 am. Chest day, I just finished up set #3 of DB presses. This SMOKIN' hot girl walks into the free weight part and asks the dude behind me where the "little colored weights are". (They used to have em in the free weight room, but since have moved them to God knows where.) He says "I don't know, I'm sorry." I see her in the mirror turn to ask me, and when she turns to look at me, I'm sitting there drenched in sweat with my hat pulled low, and breathing like I just ran a marathon, with 115 lb db's on my knees about to lay back and go to work. She just opens her mouth to ask, and then half smiles and walks out. Haha I just smiled to myself and kept grindin'.

HAHAHHA too funny...one day i went to get 2 plates of 10's..the last two on the rack..some little needledick hollister model wanted the 10's too as we arrived at the same time..I ofcourse take them...and the kid chuckled...I just looked the other way..fk em
