Ok so in the New Year im thinking of changing my supplement stack, my workout and my diet. By waiting until New Year it gives me to time to get all the supplements.
Im going to aim for a bulk of around 3/4 months then a cut of about a month, just to see what results i get. Then if im happy i will do it again over a longer period.
Current Stack is Pak, Pump, Flex, Universal Whey Pro.
New Stack Idea/Diet Plan
AM - EAA, BCAA & Glutamine drink with Pak - Museli with added dried fruit
Mid AM - Protein Bar
Lunch - Chicken/Turkey Sandwich
Mid Afternoon - Protein Shake - Universal Whey Pro - 2 scoops
5/6 PM - GYM - Post workout Shake - Universal Whey Pro - 2 scoops
Dinner - Steak and Rice
That would mean stopping using Creatine which i have been on for around 5 cans of Pump so about 5 months. Also no Flex and will prob just take individual tablets of Cod Liver Oil etc.
Also considering UniLiver.
I will go for a 4 day split of:
Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Legs
Shoulders/Catch Up Exercises
not too different to my current training split.
Any thoughts from you guys would be much appreciated!
Link to my journey is below if you wana see what im currently doing.
Cheers
