Just saying whats up to every one.
I ordered The pak and i figured I'd
see how the forum was.
I'm 205 looking to lose weight down to 155 and then bulk up and cut.
I weight train 3 times a week and eat right, still trying to get use to eating
5-6 times a day but I'm getting better.
I originally was 220 pounds but cut soda out of my diet and then dropped to 210
with exercise and healthy eating and cutting junk food completely out of my diet
i dropped to 205.
