alot of people have asked about my stats like its a big deal. right now im bulking so i dont know or really care what my body fat is, i dont get all exsited and messare my arms chest or legs. If i do it wont be till im done with this program i have started. my goals are not to enter in any bodybuilding shows but to be a big mother fucker! i work at a prison so i think i should be a big son of a bitch. im a little over 6 feet tall and weigh in at 262lb, those of you on here that know me personaly can contest that what i put on here is true

good day last night in the gym. did the same stats that we did last week on chest. i think next week we will go up a little in weight for the remander of the two weeks we have left on this program. but all in all it was a good night my chest felt like it was going to rip open and at the end the 80lb DB flys felt like i was useing 150lb DB. and now im filling it today, i fucking love it

tonight is big arm night. ill mirror last weeks work out with the weight, but instead of going heavy on DB curls i might drop 20lb and supper set them between each set for standing and preacher curls. and sub concetration curls in the spot of DB

well arms where a trip last night. they are prity soar right now. we did what we had posted, turned out to be a good idea cause it was an awsome work out. allthough we ended up doing a few more reps then last time so i think here soon we will be going up. and by the way for those that are following my threads fill free comment on things. if you think i am doing something wrong let me know

a little tired forgot to put in tonights work out which was legs. did the same weight for the most part but again felt a little light but we took care of that with a few more reps. we also through in the seated calf machine wich we supper seted with the calfs on the leg press. 4 x max at 180lb on the seated calfs. and also went up on the leg press with a even 1025lb fot the last set. thanks for following my threads

big shoulders tonight, i plan on uping the weight a little on everything. shouldnt have a prob with it. i figure i have to get a nice workout in tonight so i dont fill to bad tomarrow when im eating and drinking all day. tomarrow will deffently be my cheat day for this month. stay tuned for latter on tonight

just got done killing my shoulders. did the same for the most part although i really think we could have went up today we decided to wait till next week. but all in all it was an intence work out and im already lookimg forward till next week cause like i said i really want to go up in weight. well for all of you that have been following have a happy and safe christmas and eat big

how many of you worked out last night? well i made sure to get mine in last night after a long day of running around with the family and eating insane amounts of food nothing beats going to the gym and throughing some weight around. exspecially when you are dealling with parts of the family that you really dont care to be around. although my partner was home relaxing which didnt bother me cause back day is a day where for me you dont need someone there to spot you.

i only changed up two things
1 the first set of pullups where done weighed down and for only 3 then droped the weight and busted out 4 more
2 instead of doing pull downs i did seated rows for the same reps and weight cause thats all the weight on that tower.
the DB rows, deads, and bent over rows where the same

i hope everyone had a good christmass yesterday

im really looking forward to these next two weeks in the gym. first because this up comming week will be the last heavy week for a few weeks. im going to give my self a break from the never ending eating and heavy work outs on concentrate on stenth and endurance for six weeks before i jump back into another bulk program. and then the week after that ill max out and see where im sitting at. for those that are following the next program will be alot of drop sets and supper sets. thanks for following

yeah im deff trying to increase the size of the guns. i work with a guy that uses 225lb so im trying to catch up with him. i have been focuseing on uesing nothing but straight bars. Arnold swore by them and its been working for me

no i dont but thanks for asking. right now im way to bussy with work and trying to raise a family. the owner of the gym i work out at gave me a key to the place cause i guess he felt bad that i was haveing a hard time makeing it to the gym. now i train at night. my wife is in school, but something i would love to do in the near future would train for strong man comp.

fantastic workout tonight. went in a little early to bust out some bies that i didnt get a chance to do, so i did a light set before Mitch got in

BB curls - 140lb for 3 sets x max

DB curls - 55lb for 3 sets x max

Preacher - 110lb for 3 sets x max


squats- 345lb strech
- 455lb x couple of reps
- 550lb x 1
- 600lb x 1 ( PR )
- 650lb x 1
- 675lb x 1

after that we messed around with some jerk and presses and then called it a night

first day of our six week break and it turned out yo be an awsome workout

25min of cardio

BB bench - 195lb to failure super setted with 55lb DB to failure for 3 sets with about 1min between each set ( amount of time it took my parter or myself to complete set )

Inclin BB bench - 145lb with 50lb DB same as above

Declin BB bench - same as above

DB flys - 30lb to fail, 35 to fail, 40 to fail, 35 to fail, 30 to fail for 3 sets


had the biggest pump but chest felt like it was ripping oppen. after i got done with the first set of declines i went outside for some fresh air and puked. every movement was super controlled and strict and i couldnt even tell you how many reps we did. all in all we busted the day out in 1 hour ( exsactly 30 min each ) + the 25 min of cardio

starting getting a massive headech right about now and threw up

DD flys - drop sets 60lb, 50lb, 40lb, x max for 3 sets

done sir done! i felt misserable at the end with my head pounding

Nice leg work P, I like the db leg curls....used those a few times myself. I can't help you with the bench shirt....never used one. Hope you feel better soon man!


Way to fight thru that workout P. You put in some crazy volume on that chest workout. Rest up, and get over this bug.

Do you switch from lifting really heavy weight with lower volume to moderate weight for reps and supersets through different cycles of training?

yes. durring the winter i bulk, ill useally start sept. 1 and break the bulk into 3 quarters at 10 weeks. inbetween each bulk ill have a 6 week cool down which basicly gives me a break from all the heavy eating and training. they are just mini cut cycles. the last 10 week bulk will take me into spring where from there ill cut all the way till september. but this summer ill train diif, im going to work on my big 3 and train with chains.

what a bad week i tell you first i get sick and now my son gets pinkeye form some kid at daycare. so now i cant bust out legs this week...fucking blows talk about bad luck. as of last night i didnt think i had anything but when i woke up this morning my eye was all puffy and watery...well talk to everyone next week. stay strong and lift big everyone

max set of weighted push up ( smith ) 95lb x max

floor bench - 240 x max ( 17-20 ) for 3 sets

incline bench with blue bands - 145lb x 20 for 3 sets

incline flys - 55lb x 20 for 3 sets

weighted push ups same as above

decline DB drop sets - 120lb - 35lb x max for 1 set

another test week again, but only cause we changed thigs up a little. need t go up alot next week on the incline bench, it was just to light need to use 50-70lb more next week. other than that it was something diffrent and reall injoyed the decline DB dropset. i got such a pump out of it. next week will also go up on the floor bench 10lb and squeez out that 20 and 10lb on the incline flys as well
