well im trying to think if i should start doing strongman training, or animal training.
the workouts im used to are very explosive and require endurance, like crossfit. so strongman may not be too hard if i start off slow. but i wanna put on some mass so maybe ill go with the animal mass training. any suggestions?

Todays workout
Warm up with increasing weight and decreasing reps for each set:
5x3 deadlift(225 lbs a new PR!)
5x5 standing military press (95 lbs)
5x5 bent over rows(135 lbs)

ran 2 miles for cardio

jumped on the scale today im at 156 so ive dropped 4 pounds.
which is good cuz im trying to cut so i can go on a clean bulk next, because my past bulks have done nothing but added fat. my body fat % is at 11%. which could be lower.

if anyone has any tips on a cut diet for someone my age that would be great

I redid it. I'm at 166 and 14% bodyfat so I wanna lose it

i used to do abs a lot, but for some reason i kinda stopped during my bulk, which may not have been smart, cuz I sorta lost my abs.
so i figure if i keep doing them i can still bulk and keep my abs
