I have been trying to read up on everything dealing with bulking. And i have found to use a ratio of Carbs 50% Protein 25% Fat 25%.
I am 170lb with a calorie goal of 4748
But i am so confused because if i take 50% of that i would need 2266 grams of Carbs 1051 grams of protein and Fat!
Thats sounds outragious!
Im trying to get everything down to a science so i can see what works best for me.
Can someone please help direct me in the right direction? Thanks

at 170lb you need to eat anything everything that you see.
every 2 hours get in about 35-40g quality protein (that means protein from eggs, meat, fish, powder...not oats/bread/rice/grains/nuts/pulses) and as many carbs and fats as you can....go do McDonalds a few times if u want.
the key is to eat eat eat....eat when you dnt want to eat
Read all of these articles. they should give you all the inspiration and knowledge yuo need with regards to bulking
Good Luck

2g of protein per pound of bodyweight is what I do, so for you thats 340g x 4 calories = 1360
