Yea training going great, gained 13 lbs last time i came on here last time...dumbell press up to 145lbs for 6 reps at 178lbs ....i want to compete next yr around this time i want to get my body weight up to 215lbs and compete at lgithweight 175lbs or the juniors

Once and a while i have a partner but really i train alone...i used to hate it but then i realised no one cant hold me back or take too long in a set ... if i need a tip just shout somone in the gym i think is strong to gimme a hand...

hey man im having problems ordering these shirts , when i go on shop add them to cart and stuff and it comes to my username and password i doesnt ever accept .. what is up with that?

hey man..im from trinidad and tobago..maybe if i visited barbados we can have an ABC with some of the other animals in the area..i was thinking, since the caribbean consists of so many different small countries do you think it would make sense to have like one abc for the region?

Ye B charles that would be great man , there are couple ABC members here...once you have the finance sure come over and lets train! ,C Coronato, it isnt difficult to get between the islands , Trinidad is like 30 mins away from Barbados...so it should be fine
