alright as promised by myself and to myself today i start my diet, no looking back. I have to fix the fucked up me, how long is this gonna last? only the mirror will tell, my goals? simply get ripped and on contest condition....
Diet:
Meal 1. 5.5oz of fish, 1 table spoon of Mac nut oil
Meal 2. 42grams of whey isolate and 1 table spoon of mac nut oil,
5grams of creatine
Meal 3. 5.5 oz of chicken, 1cup of salad, 38grams of almonds
Meal 4. same as meal 2(no creatine)(no mac nut oil) 1table spoon of evoo
Pwo... 5grams of creatine
Meal 5. 5.5 oz of chicken 1 cup of salad 1oz of cashews
Meal 6. same as meal 4
My training well i am a big fan of low volume but not sure what i am gonna use yet....
Supps:
Universal creatine monohydrate
Animal pak(soon switching if for a no iron added multi)
Animal omega
i woke up 5 minutes ago with no meals ready so i had a shake and by the way i am hittin the scale at my heaviest in the last 2 years 248lbs (i told you guys i was fucked up)

Pretty sure, as there is no Iron listed in the Pak ingredients, but its common knowledge Uni-Liver contains heme iron. For a guaranteed answer ask one of the guys from UHQ, J-Dawg, U-Rep or Enforcer. Still, Multi-V is a good alternative.

Flex works well for most people however Flex is not a magic pill. If you have an acute injury, you need to fix what is causing that, no supplement will make that go away. Stacking it with another glucosamine/chondroitin will most likely not improve your results. All the evidence with these ingredients shows that more is not better. If anything you could try stacking it with Cissus which works through a different pathway.

i am not training my membership is due and dont have money to pay, this morning when at 3am the police woke me up with a nice surprise, they broke my window trashed my dashboard, stole my stereo, my usb internet antena and some other personal belongings they tried to steal my woofers but the box was too heavy for the pussies

it means a lot comming from you, last time i tried dieting my saturated fats were really close to zero and my libido didnt exist so i decided to go for red meat this time since i cant stand plain eggs, i know last time i said i was gonna use fruit but i really dont like it and i wanna go full keto, on my cheat meals i will carb up and have a piece of fruit or two
Diet is looking solid, way to not stick with the same sources all day, or else shit would get bland.

just for the record and to keep myself inspired.....
i started this diet monday at 268lbs
and up till this morning i keep shredding water, i am down to 255lbs
that makes me happy cuz makes me know that it wasnt all fat that was hanging out of my body, again i feel like a million bucks already, lean dreams helps me sleep like a baby, just makes me dream of jacqueline a lot lol.....
in my 2007 cut i took starting pictures and updated them every month, i failed to do that last monday but i will get it done most probably today cuz the scale sucks, pictures rule, i am keeping my cardio at 20minutes x day most likely 6days a week for at least 2 more weeks
and today i am starting a new routine as outlined by my boy young and hungry, this routine will be a part of my life for at least 4 months, then i may switch back to low volume low intensity......
well i am out to take a shower and then i will hit the gym

Today was a fuckin painful day, young and hungry's routine is insane, i am not used to high reps so it kicked my ass not only that but i walked in the gym with sore joints and muscles, shoulders, chest and elbows, my body is just sore......

fridays workout wasnt recorded, i was so pissed of at myself, and dissapointed, i just keep thinkin about how ridiculous it is that women are stronger than men, by no means i am talkin about how girls can out lift me on the gym or anything like that, i could give a shit how much i bench, squat, or deadlift, i am talking about their fuckin will to make us guys feel misserable.

this workout was fuckin insane to me, like i said i am not use to high volume and by the time i got to the treadmill, i was at a steady 120 heart rate, without the need of any type of fast walking which is kinda cool imo, also i noticed my biggest problem on back day is that my biceps, forearms and grip give up before my back does, like when i was doing pulldowns by biceps were already fried
