Since today is the FIRST day of the new year, I figured what better day to start logging my Journey. I've always wanted to weight 200. No reason other than I wanted to. I actually started this on Dec 1, but as I said, just started logging it today. I have gained about 10 lbs this month alone!! Fucking phenominal I think. Started at 180, now at 190. I have figured out, with the help of this forum, all you have to do it eat, train and eat some fucking more. I am getting sick of eating. But the results are worth it.

Cant figure out how to edit my first post, but that was written BEFORE I was done eating for the day. Guess I will know better next time. But yes, today was a solid session.
