Hey guys,

could you tell me what are the supplements i can stack to bulk up pure lean muscle (like grow big with only muscles and LITTLE fats or NO fats) and also the foods i shall eat to bulk on my muscles!

I am 6' 1" and weigh 172 pounds

the meals i eat are:

1)2 cups oats, 500ml milk, a cup of coffee

2)1 cup brown rice, 8 ounce chicken breast, some broccoli

3)2 bananas, 1 liter low fat milk

4)1 cup brown rice, 6 ounce chicken breast

5)6 whole meal breads, 2 scrambled whole eggs in olive oil

protien is weak as fuck

u need it every meal, 40ish grams at your weight.aim for 50

simply, add some form of dead animal to all your meals. make sure to get in about 4000 cals at your weight and up to 5000 when your closer to 200 pounds.

diet is key, dont be scared to pack away some oreos for calories. fat comes off easier the muscle goes on.

as far as supps i would recommend you a shitload of whey protein isolate and waxy maize,

if you need a gainer mix those two with a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil!

This is a process that will take you years pilotboi. The general route people go is to bulk, like you want to do, eat plenty of food and gain a lot of muscle and a little excess fat, and then cut for a bit when they eat less and shed that unwanted fat. Then your muscles will be bulked fa sho, but it's not an overnight or get big fast kind of thing. Everything good takes time.

this is the BEST example u are ever gonna get for a bulking diet. The closer u can follow it, the more you will grow.....simple
