muscle bellies are the main lump of eat separate muscle that is in the centre of the whole muscle. Bodybuilders with large muscle bellies have rounded muscles....a good example is Silvio Samuel. The smaller the bodybuilder, the easier it is to get fuller, rounder muscle bellies, since the muscle is smaller, so will get rounder and larger quicker.

Genetics also has an influence, but i hate to talk about genetics so i'll swiftly move on! Just train hard and you will get big muscles!

Peace

Like another guy said already, the "muscle belly" is a favorite term of fitness enthusiasts and just refers to the skeletal muscle bundles beneath the connective tissue covering. Increased muscle belly size means your muscles are getting bigger. I'm pretty sure there isn't any more to it than that.
