Anyone have any ultimate or ideal meals for packing on mass?

Mine would probably be green beans with potatoes and steak over brown rice with a glass of milk and a concentrated fish oil cap (500mg epa/dha)

13 oz ground sirloin with 2 cups white rice, barbecue sauce and fat free sauce on the ground sirloion burgers of course! post workout meal for me for a while!

I actaully did this the other to get a "wide range" of amino acids. Im an idiot i know...i had Xmas holidays from work and was really bored....can you blame me!!

bake up a solid amount of fries
buy as much KFC popcorn chicken as needed to fit 90% of a meals protien requirments for ya
cover this in gravy and add in alot of kurd cheese

called the popcorn chicken poutine.

AND NOW KFC HAS NO TRANS FATS IN THEIR OILS! eat up

^^^Hell yeah to that one, but I'd have to say pork and beef meatloaf, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables washed down with a glass of milk.

Haha hell yea I hit up the Wendy's dollar menu all the time!

For my favorite growth meal though nothing beats steak and eggs with some hash browns and a tall glass of milk.
