Great post, it's a real eye opener, Im not a splenda user but i do use aspartame (equal). I surfed around that site and read up on the aspartame also, some scary stuff in those reports. I will be throwing mine away. I dont drink soda's or diet foods, i just use the eqaul in my morning coffee. Im a firm believer in moderation is key. but in this case I think I can LIVE without it.

Thanks bro, seems like everyone has a different take on this subject, possibly due to who finances the study?????, (things that make ya go Hmmmmm.) All things considered I think will stick to more natural sweetners if any. Thanks for checking me, and the link, info is always a good thing.

you cant go wrong with stevia, the carbs in it are nothing but fiber
and no sugar at all

Everything?

Getting back to the original post, my feeling is, never assume anything you read is the truth. Everyone has an agenda. Always read trying to understand where the writer is coming from/

Aspartame is proven safe as well as stevia. Stick to those two and you should be good. I still will have splenda in my morning coffee sometimes, but if you look into the chemical properties of splenda it is a tad suspicious.

As always, you have to ask who it is that's saying what they're saying.
