Anyone here ever have IT Band syndrome, and if so what did you do to help relieve the pain? I appreciate it.

i had to rest and ice it for about a week. I couldn't bend my knee more than a few degrees, it was like walking on a peg leg for a couple weeks. ibuprofen and ice....

Get a foam roller. Your body will thank you.

That's because you have a lot of scar tissue along your ITB that needs to be broken... It gets better over time...

x2, my foam roller is the best $20 investment I have made in my lifting career. It gets less painful over time.
