how many days completely off from training? i do 1 right now, im cutting, but im thinking about doing two because im sore after squatting and i have a cardio night tonight, and im taking 6g of glutamine and still feel like a grandpa lol!

haha i know what you mean about being really sore. I hate taking days off, but once in a while I take 3-4 completely off. Just gotta remember your body is growing when its recovering.

Yeah...

And there's time in my training where the work load is severe enough that there is no need to do more than 2 days per week...

Hell, I only lifted twice this week...

I say if you are training heavy then minimum of 2 days off. If you are feeling really sore and your body needs some rest then make it 3. Let your body be the guide, no answer is right. Cardio after a heavy day of leg work is brutal. I have never been able to do it. I had some tendonitis problems in the knees due to not listening to my body years ago. Just be smart and train hard results will come.

It all depends on you. I dont take anydays off. I do my hlaf hour of cardio in the am. And i do 45mins to an hour of heavy lifting at night. I dont take days off.

My non-workout days are Wednesday and Saturday

my none work out days are wednesday, saterday and sunday. i do legs and forarms monday, tuesday i do chest and tris, off wednesday thursday i train back (pull) and bis, friday is delts and traps and off for the weekend. that works for me i'm making mass gains in this years bulking.

I train DC and do 3 days a week, I do cardio 3 of the off days and do nothing on 1 day.

yah Im going to take 2 days off with my new routine, seems when i take 1 day off im to sore.
