In addition to the other LEAN protein sources, can red meat be included in my diet? I plan on making a beef stew once a week, full of veggies and lean steak and will have 5-6 servings of it. Is lean red meat ok on a cut once a day or every 2 days? Should I cut it down because of the calories?

If you're cutting for a contest id say remove it 4-5 weeks out, if you're just trying to lose weight then hell yeah it's fine bro.

Yea, just to lose weight...thanks, maybe ill pack on some lean mass too. Thanks for the advice man

I ate red meat everyday up to the day of my show....seemed to work for me.

Why can't you? If you're really concerned about the calories, just get really lean cuts of beef including but not limited to eye round, top round, bottom round roast, top sirloin, etc.
