View Full Version : BULKIN? here my new diet. maybe it can help someone with alotta work shifts

192-200 (in between there, depends on my wendys intake)

so, realising i need to kick up my diet, this is what i came up with. i work 6 days a week so i had to pick the right stuff.


meal 1: 1000 calorie shake. whatever works here, gainer or home brew
meal 2: 1 cup ground beef, 1 cup oats,1 cup milk,2/3's cup blueberries
meal 3: canned chicken with large fuckin sweet potatoe. can is 240 grams
meal 4: same as meal 3^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
meal 5: post workout, 1 pack tang,50 grams whey. tang=90 carb
meal 6: 1 cup ground beef, 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk,2/3's cup blueberries
meal 7: 50 grams casien, 1 cup water, 4 spoons peanut butter

protien: 345 gams
calories: 5400

the sweet potatoe and canned chicken are excellent for work. i hate tuna

diet is key, gotta give the bricks to build the house.

Looks good, the only thing I think its lacking in is fiberous veg, I`d add Broccoli or Cauliflower to the beef and chicken meals.

the oatmeal gives me alot of fibre

i aint a veggie fan, i eat for performance vs health. some diets are dwon right unhealthy but effective.

but, i will get in random vegetables. they dont count as part of my diet. just snacks

Yeah ok but those fiberous veg have loads more to offer too, I`d add them if you can.

I agree with sanga, it defnitely wouldn't hurt to throw in a small side of veggies with your main meals.

broccoli gives me smoker's breath

easiest to eat veggie for me is raw green beans. ate so many last summer i had em comin out my ears.
