how does this work? I wanted to try Carb Cycling for 16 weeks?

i thinking about no carbs with fats and veggies on my workout days and mod carbs with no fats/veggies in off days

I train 5 days a weeek till school starts in 7 weeks, then im going to 3 days maybe 4days.

1When and how much cardio should i do?
2water intake?
3drop creatine and taruine?

Im carb cycling my self. Rage is cycling my carbs. but this is what im doing. I need to get down to 12% BF im at 15 right now.

M,T,TH,F,SN: 30g of carbs-Oats which is shy of a 1/2 of cup
Wed: Carb Spike-It changes but it has been ranging from 400g+
Sat: I have a cheat meal so what ever i have. those are my carbs for the day.

Now keep in mind this is just an example of what I am doing. My goals are different from yours. So you will have to tweak yours. I just wanted to give you an example.

This might work. the only thing though is when you have no carbs, i noticed my energy and stamina is for shit. So it might be better to switch that around so on off days if you do no carbs and you are drained no worries cuz u arnt hitting the gym. but i like the concept.

Oh well then yeah you approach might work. i train at 5p so i get my carbs in by 1 so it last me a lil so i can blast at the gym. by 730 im done and drained.

I'm carb cycling right now following this;
Hi Carb Days - 40% Protein/45%Carbs/15%Fat
Low Carb Days- 45% Protein/30%CArbs/25%Fat
No-Carb Days - 45% Protein/15%Carbs/40% Fat.

Hi Carb days for me is 2100 Calories(210Pro/236Carbs/35Fat)
Low Carb days I take in 1900 Calories(213Pro/142Carbs/52Fat)
No Carb days I take in 1900 Calories(213 Pro/71Carbs/84Fat

I lift weights Mon - Friday, And do all my cardio on treadmill after lifting.

Sun - Hi-Carb (off or light 30 min cardio)
Mon - Hi -Carb (Cardio HIIT 25 minutes)
Tues - Low-Carb (Cardio HIIT 25 Minutes)
Wed - Low-Carb (Legs day 10 min cardio)
Thurs - Low-Carb (Cardio 30 Minutes jog)
Fri - No-Carb (Cardio 45 min walk/incline)
Sat- No- Carb (Cardio 45 min walk/incline)

I Can't answer whether or not to stop creatine or taurine i don't take it. But I take in about a gallon of water a day
