Hey all, im fairly new to the Animal Paks, but i'm loving them so far. Currently deployed to iraq, so my food and workout time choices are fairly limited, but i believe my diet is pretty much in check. Im just wondering if im stacking these wonderful animal products right.
Animal Cuts at Wake up
Animal Pak during breakfast (had bad experiences with multi-vits on a empty or lightly filled stomach)
Animal Pump at 1100
Strength Training from 1130 to 1230-1300ish
Animal Cuts at 1900
Cardio / Abs at 1930ish
I dont have problems sleeping taking the cuts so late (atleast not yet) im pretty resistant to stims, i just work really weird hours so i cant really go to the gym when i want.
Thinkin about throwing in Nitro, probably before/after the Strength training, Im planning on cycling on and off the cuts (as directed) till im satisfied with cutting. i really dont like anything hormonal, so im tryin to avoid stak/test.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
