Dunno if this has been a topic before, but who's your fav pro bodybuilder, either today or of the past? My fav from the past is of course, Arnold, and from the present, my favs are Jay, Gustavo, and Ronnie; was glad to see Jay finally win the Sandow after Ronnie's 8 year reign.

and Jay in the present. Met him a few times, and always a great guy, answers every question, poses for every pic. Great for the sport.

I've never met any of them, but i would certainly say Branch. I just like his no BS style. You never hear him complain about his placings, he just comes back harder and better each show. At present he and Jay are my favorites. The one BB I honestly credit that got me hooked was...well...all I'll say is that both he and his wife are in prison. I know most of you can determine who that would be. I met him at the Arnold a few years back, very nice guy at that point, had a pic with him. He most certainly dwarfed me. Train Hard!!

branch warren, the guys a fucking beast and his legs are crazy. He only trains them a couple times a month so he doesn't get dispoportionate because they grow so fast

BRANCH WARREN FOR SURE!!

But Jay and Gunter are real sweethearts.

Branch Warren is the man. In this day and age of upper body envy you gotta support the leg freeaks. I say he should train legs even more an blow them bad boys up who cares if their out of proportion huge legs are the mark of a real man not that bird leg shit.

but unfortunatley, symmetry is one of the points that are judged in bodybuilding comps.

I dunno if you guys knew this, but last year, Branch had an injury which caused him to be out for 6 months. This guys has been around for a long time, but it wasnt until AFTER his 6 month hiatus that he came back and fucking EXPLODED. Just goess to show you that rest and time off is crutial to growth!!

i know this thread is a month old but i have to throw in my 2 cents

Im a huge fan of symmetry and proportion, so my favorites from recent years are dexter jackson, jonnie jackson, flex wheeler, and fouad abiad
but i still love the mass monsters, coleman, dorian yates, ruhl, and of course cutler

and my faves from the past are arnold, columbu, frank zane, i could go on for a while...

if i had to give only 2, i would say, Arnold and Dexter

I'm a fan of Branch Warren and Dexter Jackson. And of course everyone from Animal.

I second that motion. Branch is a beast with freaky quads, but still aesthetically pleasing. And when Dexter's in shape there's no one that has a better overall presentation.

Plus the Animal crew is full of fuckin animals (pardon the stupid pun).

Kevin Levrone is a beast as well. Huge, but still with great symmetry.
