would any of you guys recomend pump while pre contest? i diet 13 weeks out, im a little less than 10 right now making awesome results with my diet. ill start animal cuts 8weeks for now im just on pak protien glutamine and flex.

I've never done a pre-contest diet, so I can't speak from personal experience.

However, I believe I have seen/heard of several people using Pump pre-contest to maintain lean mass and maximize workouts. It shouldn't cause any bloating or water-retention or anything. It might actually be quite beneficial.

Again though, I can't speak from any personal experience.

a well known contest prep guy has his natural athletes on creatine monohydrate till one week out, so i imagine you may be safe

I would throw it in the mix, it doesn't really cause any water retention and you'll be able to get good workouts while dieting

Personally I am a natural BB and i do compete. I take a pre workout and a creatine up until 3 weeks out. I then cut the creatine and take the pre workout for another week or so. This has worked for me. Give it a shot, and see how much your body holds, as we all know all bodies are different.
