That is amazing. Only 4lbs off the USAPL all time record for 16-17 years old.

Wow that is fucking incredible! There is no telling what kind of damage he'll do in the powerlifting game in the future.

That's ridiculous. Some people just impress the shit out of me man, and this kid is one of them. Seeing Coleman squat 800 seemed impressive, then I see this 16year old kid doing it. Fuck ....

Thats amazing. And i honestly hope someone like that has someone to back him and push him to keep going. So many kids lose sight of what they have and all that potential goes down the drain. Thats awesome, and I hope Lorenzo Barnes finds his way here one day and pushes to the top.

Damn....! Good form and it looked relatively easy for him. Kid's got a bright future ahead of him if he stays in the iron game.

My guess....that he is still under 18. 2 years from now, I bet he will dead 700. Everybody has a stronger lift when they do all 3 lifts, it's tough to recup from all that and get all the numbers similar, especially with such a young guy.

its a big difference between the squat and deadlift is all i noticed. he still has a good deadlift for a fuckin 16 year old though

LOL..."Only 550"...that's laughable pro...there's not too many kids pulling over 300lbs his age, much less over 400 or 500. On top of being a rediculously good deadlift at 550 at his age, you don't hit your deadlift "peak" until your mid to late 30's and even into your 40's. Its a lift that really progresses with age.
Anything over 500 for someone under 18 is astonishingly good, especially under full meet conditions.

not ment that way
if he squats 800 it caught me off gaurd his deadlfit was at 550 only COMPARED to his squat.
550 liek i said is a hell of ap ull for his age class but if the guy was soo strong to squat 800, thats what i ment by "only". im sure it looks better when we look at his raw lifts though cuz the deadlift gets little help at all comapred to the squat from gear.
again, he does have a good damn deadlfit too!!!!! but the kids squat is just freaky, i think the kids gonna nail the new total record when hes older and if he stays healthy

LOL, I just hate it when people say they "only" did ...... Especially when they are pulling more than you. It just makes you sound like one of those annonymous goons on PowerliftingWatch.com...
Some people are just gifted in the Squat. My training partner has a 953 competition squat and a competition pull of 625. He's just built to squat. Same thing is likely for this kid.
No need for anymore argument about it. He is very talented and I hope he sticks around for a while.

i get what you mean there IRBS. some people are built to deadlift....Franco Columbu for example....short legs, long arms.
That kid is special though.....he must have some crazy dedication
