As a young teen i started lifting, because i didnt wont to be picked on anymore, and have pride in myself just for me. And the walk in IRON started. My parents didnt like it when i got my first weight set and laughed at me everytime i would train and ask me if i was trying to be like one of those freaks. And the answer was always yes. I have always caught hell just because i wanted to improve my self to the max. I got slack and not trained in about 8 years. But the fire is back with a vengeance. I am 39 now with a year of hard training under my belt. I know at my age it is not going to be easy but hell thats what i love about this sport the challenge. I am back and here to stay and i thank Animalpak.com and everyone here for all your info. This is the most i have said in a long time about me, and you may not hear from me that much but i login and read most everyday. Stay strong and live free.

this is the kind of post that gets young guys like me in the mood for serious lifting... youre so right to say age is only a number but how often do we hear it used as an excuse??

Too frigging often man. Too frigging often. But it usually comes from people who are looking for any way out.
