View Full Version : Cuts/M-Stak/Stak---Good or Not Good?

I am looking to gain lean muscle mass while shedding a few lb's...I have read that you can cycle both Mstak and Stak together...taking Stak still 45-30 mins before lifting and Mstak in the middle of your day...i am wanting to cycle Cuts with it as well for help before cardio...here is what i am looking at...

5:00am Cuts before cardio
7:00am Pak with breakfest
12:00pm Omega with lunch
2:00pm Mstak(empty stomach)
4:00pm Cuts
6:30pm Stak before lifting
8:00pm Nitro with Protein

Hitting Protein two to three times daily...

I'm might reverse the Stak and M-Stak, as the red capsule in M-Stak should give you some additional energy/focus for liftin'... If you're sensitive to stims then, and it keeps you up, you could leave it as is though. Lemme know if ya have any other questions brother.
