Just a question....do any WMS users us it pre or mostly post? How do you use it?

I use 30-50g pre, same during workout, and about 70g post workout. I'm about 205lb

Waxy maize
Pre 50-75
Intra 35-75
Post 75-125

Cool i was thinking 20g pre, 40g post........do you take your post after or before cardio sesson?... I lift 45 min and cardio 30 mins right after......

I will be cutting pretty soon so I will be taking 150g carbs a day mostly around my 0430 am workout....I weighed in 253 lbs

Thats probably fine, I dont think it would hurt to bump it up slightly. I was doing 20-30 pre and 35-40 post at about 190 last summer (100 carbs a day). Dr warren wiley has an actual formula for how much you need post workout but i dont have access to the book Im at work. The book is"better than steroids."
