i have been dieting for 8 weeks now. march 1st begins my 12 weeks out from the fitness and swimwear contest in AC.

I have chosen to diet for 3 reasons
1- to learn how to diet down
2- to prime my body for new growth
3- to really get a good look at my body at 200pd and 190


i started cardio at week 20, just doing cardio 2-3x a week at 20-30mins after training

DIET
meal1- 6 eggs and 2 whites or 48g shake and pb with oats(if i over sleep)
meal2- 48g whey and skipy natty pb
meal3- 60z-8oz chicken and 1.5c of b-rice
meal4-48g whey and skipy natty pb
meal5--60z-8oz chicken and 1.5c of b-rice
TRAIN
meal6 60z-8oz chicken and 1.5c of b-rice or a shake if im too tired to chew after cardio


supps-
wake and mid day- ECA
pre/during-5g of create and 5g of taruine
pre cardio-5g of create and 5g of taruine and fiber

week 20 weight was -222-223
week 12 weight was -212 in the am

i started cardio at

2-3x a week 20-30mins

to

4x 45mins

5x 60mins
and now its gonna be at 12 weeks out

30min am/ 60min 5x

first time cutting for me too, very different exp.
