Wow, looks like I've got some serious catching up to do. I just started lifting seriously in November, so I've got a ways to go before I'm hitting numbers like that. Very impressive guys!

not much of the power lifter...not at 55 but here are some numbers for the gang here

Squat...450
Incline bench...325
Decline bench ...345 ish
Flat Bench...replaced that with flat dumbell press/fly...120's
Shrugs at squat rack...up to 540 when all is good

just last night got to brake in a new Hammer Streangth Decline Bench plate loaded machine at the fit 19 in San Ramon...got 4 45's each side and killed it ...like the new toy!!

and with all this...the big challange...the hardest thing I do is have to tell my 5 year old we cant play at the park because its raining...thats harder than all of the above added together in a super set....lol

no belt eh? i respect/fear that idea haha. i think a good power belt compared to the 2 mm strip of leather i was using before has done more for my lifts than anything else, and its a nice safety measure. i was gonna wait untill i pulled 6 to get gear, untill i messed around in a suit and easily squatted 500 and almost pulled 6 in the same day lol, things like that get you hooked fast!

My numbers are posted below and my weakest link is by far my bench (and ironically, my quads are probably the strongest). Additionally, I've always trained more like a BB than a powerlifter.

BTW, my BW is slightly higher than what you had specified.

My favorite disproportional number are the 115s I can DB shrug for 15 reps+ strapless

I started off Benching 95x10, Squatting 135x10, Deadlifting 200x6

Seeing this makes me want to go low reps and catch up.

you guys really have me scratching my head...a good morning thats more than a squat? Are we on the same page with what a good morning is? To me it when u have the barbell on ur back, chest out shoulders back lower back protected, u bend from the hips til your chest is about parallel to the floor...and youre telling me you can do that with 400 lbs? To me that doesnt even seem physiologically possible (please dont think Im calling you out, but you know that feeling you get when youre told the universe is infinite? its kinda like wtf).

haha no disrespect taken, yea its possible bro, one of the guys i train with has done a triple with 750, i guess i just have a strong lower back, you gotta just commit to going heavy, it takes some getting used to but im willing to bet you will surprise yourself

I know a guy who was doing 350 @ 165 pounds.... At that mark I was doing about 275.

I'm just now starting a cut so I don't think my numbers would be applicable because I'll drop out of this range, but I think it's all relative to how you've trained your body. Numbers are simply numbers unless you're doing powerlifting... Which in that situation you wanna weigh as little as you can and lift as much as you can (Unless you're in the heaviest weight class).

and with all this...the big challange...the hardest thing I do is have to tell my 5 year old we cant play at the park because its raining...thats harder than all of the above added together in a super set....lol

well Ill be damned lol...I wasnt aware you could use such heavy weight with good mornings...now that I know, I'll try and make it a staple once I get my back all healed up and good to go wit heavy weights.

DL = 405 x 5
Bench = 220 1RM (best for 10 reps is 160)
Squat = 240 1RM (but can get 10 reps with 220??!)

Weird numbers, I know

@ 170 Lbs (I know im not 190-200 but I was feeling left out)

My DL is good, but my squat and bench press are way off. I dont get it. Also my chest is my best body part for size and shape. weird.

My numbers are in my signature. I don't know what my one rep maxes are - I don't train like that. Not that I think there's anything wrong with doing the occasional max lift in the gym, I just choose to only do things that will make me grow.

No reason to feel weak bro, those numbers are good. Keep training hard, its all about progress. I used to be the weak kid on the block. Don't worry abut what others lift just continue to reach your personal goals and you'll climb the ladder.

What makes you think maxing out won't make you grow?

I've just always been in the mindset of 6-10 reps for optimal growth (except for 5x5 for squats and deads, which I love). Max lifts are great for strength, but for me personally, I've never really considered them the best choice for size gains. Maybe I'm wrong though...

How about 195 lb Woman? (5'3)

Here's some updated info:

#1. If you've seen me on Bodybuilding.com, you know my goals are insane
#2. I have a competition coming up in the Utah Summer Games in June
#3. Olympics are in 2012 -
#4. I've been Fitness Training, Personal Training, and Weightlifting for 10 Years
#5. I've been powerlifting for 4 months

The reason I find this important, is because - when I receive the Olympic training book - it'll be interesting to see the changes in strength. Approximate book arrival: 2 days.

Weightlifting Numbers (6 Months Ago)

* Dumbell Flat Bench Press: 65's

Squat - Freebar - Unspotted

Squat: 300
Deadlift: 355
Bench: 200
Press: 140
Power Clean: 165

I recently weighed about 175 about 8 weeks ago, but I've being doing madcow's 5x5 program and doing gomad. Most of my lifts have gone up at least 20+lbs so far, hoping to get at least 4 - 5 more weeks of progress before I stall and have to reset my lifts.

Former lifts 8 weeks ago

Squat: 275

Hey, guys.
I'm 5'4" and only 165.
But I feel this is where I should brag about my younger (bigger) brother.
lol...
He and I are training partners and know each other's maxes inside and out.
I've spotted him for...

Squat 315x20 (drop set, after 3 heavy working sets)
Bench 385x4
Incline 295x8
BB Curls 185x6

How many guys do you know who can deadlift a shit load of weight and actually HATE it?
That's my bro. He dead's quite a bit but really dislikes training with em. I've seen him do 2-3 reps of 495 easily then drop it and go do some row machine. I dunno. I love deads but he isn't a fan of em.
He started lifting at 5'7" and 120lbs. and is currently 5'8" and ~200.

Dude, there's alot of guys on here benching more than they squat. Wierd. Were they bench press champions for a while, or just strangely genetically engineered?

My lifts:
245lb bench press
145lb military
320lb squat
390lb deadlift
personal best pullup was 70lbs, and best dip was 120lbs

Turned 18 last month, 190lbs BW.

Squat - 500+ back squat, 370 beltless front squat
Close Grip Bench - 285x3 paused, I do not bench wide anymore
Deadlift - 515 beltless

I do strongman however, so my gym lifts kinda suck!
