Anyone plan on competing summer of 07?? Depending on my progress on my current bulk, if i can get to 240 lean, I will .

I wish... I'm gonna find out what comps are late next year and do it. I want to hit 175-180of Shredded muscle... and bring up the chest. lol
June 2nd in NY baby! I cannot wait to start dieting!

Yeah I need to bring up my shoulders. My back and chest are set, along with my wheels, but I need to work on my shoulders and bring up my arms to match my chest.

Side laterals...6-7 sets..hit 'em hard along with those presses. You'll be straight..can we see some pics of you practicing your posing? I would love to see. Do you have a journal here?

You think you can make it then? I will have more details as to where it will be in NY as soon as Bev Francis makes it public. It is June 2nd though...she confirmed with me yesterday.

I am NPC New England's in New and the Granite Cup a week later. Followed by either NPc Bev Francis Atlantic States in NY in June or TEAM Universe. Sad to say it could be my last shows.

THIS GUY IS!!! I'm about 17 weeks out from my very first show on June 2nd! Its an NGA natural show. Then a week later, my second show! This one is an NPC Jr. Championship show. Really excited but nervous at the same time. I'm a shy dude and don't feel to comfortable about posing in front of hundreds of strangers. I also feel like I'm behind too. Any ideas on good posing music??

Good show choices...music..you know, I get very theatrical in my posing, when I really get into it. My first show I chose music from King Arthur..it was really dramatic. My second show I went a little hip hop doing Scandalous by Mis-teeq.
This time, I am not sure yet. I would find movie theme songs or something different because you know most people are going to pick popular songs. Find something that moves you and that you can move to, that fits your style and personality.

No..I did the U.S. Armed Forces Bodybuilding show sponsored through INBF/WNBF and won lightweight and overall. Were you at the last one?

Ya i competed in the light heavies. . it was a ridiculous show guys were massive but it was a great time and a fun time. Well put on and a pretty nice expo too

I feel ya brother. I am doing the OCB Iron City Classic in May and I amfreaked out, but hell the 1st one is the learning one.
