Brothers,

Im looking for a few solid books on nutrition as it applies to bodybuilders. Being that nutrition plays such a vital role in this game, I really am looking for some quality reads that will help me out. What do you all recommend?

um. look at the top of the page. and you see where it says diet...a lot of great reads and as well as looking through the diet portion of the forvm. a lot of great reads and articles from the pros and even us joes...haha...but there are some good recipes in here too...

I'd start with these^

although Good Cal/Bad Cal isn't a BB diet book, it will bring into light a lot of issues and thoughts on diet in general.

Being 6'1" and 204 lbs, about how many calories should I be intaking and what percentage of those should calories should be ditributed to protein, carbs, and fat? Im looking at 3000 a day upon recommendation from Dr. Warren Willey (author of Better than Steroids) with 35% going to protein, 45% going to carbs, and 20% fat.

Yea bulking cals. That is his suggestion for gaining weight.

Check out the diet articles here on the forum as advised, some real gems there.
