I've never cut before, but think it's about time. My plan is as follows:
First thing in the morning - Cuts and nitro
Right into 30 mins Cardio (Eliptical or Treadmill) - sippin water throughout
Meal #1 with Pak
Meal #3 with Flex
2nd Cuts between #3 and #4
Meal #5 with Omega
On training days - I train in the evenings, so this shouldn't factor in with timing on the above supps... I am taking Pump (pre), Intra Aid, and Torrent (post) currently.
Is mixing Cuts and Nitro first thing good?
Any advice on changes is welcome...
