I've never cut before, but think it's about time. My plan is as follows:

First thing in the morning - Cuts and nitro
Right into 30 mins Cardio (Eliptical or Treadmill) - sippin water throughout
Meal #1 with Pak
Meal #3 with Flex
2nd Cuts between #3 and #4
Meal #5 with Omega

On training days - I train in the evenings, so this shouldn't factor in with timing on the above supps... I am taking Pump (pre), Intra Aid, and Torrent (post) currently.

Is mixing Cuts and Nitro first thing good?

Any advice on changes is welcome...

First, the biggest factor by far that's gonna determine your success is your diet--the food you eat (or don't eat). How does that look brother?

To answer your question question, yes, you can take Nitro and Cuts together.

I highly recommend nitro on a cut, aminos play such a vital role when dieting down.

Agreed Cuts is fantastic, I used it to cut for def and for excess water it worked like a charm with key diet and a little help from nitro.
