are any of these alright to take at age 16-19? m-stak, tribulus, ZMA.....my diet is pretty bulky right now, my training is intense but i have been using the same weights for about 6 months now

does that mean ur stuck at a certain weight or cant get past a plateau...bc there are other ways other than supplements and testosterone to get by these.

You should check for other things first... Being stuck at the same weights for 6 months means you're not training correctly
Track your progress on every lift. Every workout.
The next workout you have to up the weight on most of the things you can.
Add new training methods to your workouts... Forced Reps... Negative Reps... Dropsets... 5x5... 10x10 ... There's endless methods.... Explosive Reps .... Ultra-Slow Reps... 4x12/10/8/6 upping the weight .... 4x12/12/12/12 with maximum weight you can for each set.
Do you have a training partner? Get a spot on your lift and try for higher . Get your body guessing , if you were gonna do an heavy session well once you hit the gym decide to do a HUGE high reps session.... Next time do a HUGE low reps session.
And most of all eat more
Add some creatine to your supplement regiments... Drink more whey ... Less junk food... Drink less.... strenght will rocket

m-stack isnt a test booster
tribulus at 16-19 is pointless
ZMA is gonna give you good recovery (sleep)
but none of them can come close to an extra 500-1000 cals of food. eat.

zma will get me good recovery? my sleep is most of the time around 5 hours is zma a must for building mass or is it just a waste of money at my age?

thanks! yeah i think im gonna start using really low reps and heavy poundages now, most of the workouts are always around the 8-12 rep range.........GUT CHECK TIME! ha thanks for the advice!

u are way to cought up in supplements at your age. i managa a supplement shop and get them for free, i use a protien powder and a gainer. thats it even though i have 100's to take FOR FREE.
there is no thing as a fuckin "must have" when it comes to supplements.
you need to stop worrying about supplements, sleep alot longer then 5 hours..like 8+, and eat alot more then what ur eating now.
spend that money you where gonna blow on supps and buy ground beef and rice.

Nothing can supplement your regime if your food, training, and rest aren't on point. You should be able to make relatively good gains without supplements, supplements are just icing on the cake for those that already have these things dialed in.
