how often does wraths journey update?
One week is probably really like 5 weeks lol There hasn't been a log in a couple weeks, and there's supposedly 3 logs a week (well, including the main it's 4). Generally there's a log every week or two.

There are 4 updates every month...
4 updates would technically only be a week, with the sub-logs. So a week would actually be a month?
apparently he's in the gym and doesnt have time to get online...

That sounds about right. Since there's 4 updates per "week". I kinda think Frank was doing the Journey getting prep'd for a contest, but then the contest got cancelled... which may explain why the entry's seem'd to be more frequent in the begining, and then tended to elongate..?

That is a good question because sometimes I would go on the log and at one point it just didnt change for 2 weeks. However, we need to understand that Wrath is training really hard for his upcoming competition because we all know mentally and physically it is frickin hard. So good luck to him on his competition. Usually you will see an update once a week I think.
