Is it a genetics thing or can any1 who trains their chest enough do it? I've been the only one in my grade that has been able to do it for the past 2 yrs.
im guessing most ppl on these forums can do it, is there any1 who cant?
I actually don't think genetics has a lot to do with it, maybe someone's got more solid info?
well not real sure what chest bouching is in your mind but in mine im thinking your talking about flexing your pecs and making them move. well thats no genetics man that just means that you have some pec mucsles thats all.

Chest bouncing has nothing to do with genetics. I can bounce my chest... though there isnt much to bounce, lol.

You cares......on a side note, you just have train yourself to do it. Flexing any muscle indepindent like that helps you squeeze it better in the gym...

Well the only reason anyone is able to flex a muscle is because he or she has muscle in that area. I have seen skinny ass dudes never been in the gym move there pecs. I doubt it has anything to do with genetics.

That is true, however in a sense, if you have good enough "mind muscle control" you won't have a problem with this. In a sense, when you "bounce your pecs", you are flexing them by squeezing and contracting them. Which in a way, is a good thing that you have enough control over your muscle's to flex and contract/control them. Which may allow you to pay more attention to the muscle's your training by getting a better contraction in them. Just my 2cents.

just like moving ears no offense intended bro but come on. If you like t ohave the young ladies see that then well it has to do simply with mind over muscle control like flexing your bicep.
I think the OP means alternating them one at a time, not just flexing the muscle...

Nah man he means like where you flex the muscle to make it look like its dancing not dropping the bar on your chest to trampoline it up. Atleast i hope so.

Dude, if you are crushing heavy poundage you don't have to "tell" your muscle to flex, it's gonna do it on it's own! FYI I was dragged out one night to my buddies B-Day party at yeah...a GO GO Bar... mmm the dancers where doing that! It got the girls tips, so can we please drop this post?

This home here is nothing but hardcore and will stay that way, as far as taking everything seriously, you must first post something that can be taken seriously and this is not one of those things. If you notice, nobody has bashed the poster, only guiding him away from adding subject matter like this again to this site. There is nothing but respect here.
