Alright, so I am supposed to turn in some stuff for a class project tomorrow. Basically, the project is a proposal that would be given to a bank lender in order to garner a loan sufficient to open a gym.

I've been looking around and researching all day. What I'm asking from you brothers is maybe some input on the highest quality/longest-lasting commercial gym equipment (benches, cable machines, multis, etc).

Any other input is welcome as well.

Remember, this is for a project, so it's being done regardless. I just need some input.

Thanks in advance

Not exactly the nitty gritty business info the banks would be lookin for, but some good info as to what it takes to run a quality gym.
