I work in landscapeing and my schedule only allows 3 lifting days; Mondays, Tuesdays, and fridays. I was wondering if this split would be any good:
Mon
Deep squats
Weighted 1 legged squats
Bar curls
hammer curls
Tues
Bench
Incline
Close grip bench
Skullies
Fri
Deads
Bent over barbell rows
Chins supersetted with military press
Shrugs supersetted with rear laterals
Goal is strength and size of course. I've been gettin in around 3000ish cals and at least 30g. of protein for each of my 6 meals. Tips guys?
