Trying out this new program for arms what does everyone think
BICEPS
Cheat curls 3 sets (6-8)

Superset
Standing hammer curls(8-10)x4
Rope curls(failure)

Incline seated dumbell curls 4sets (8-10)


TRICEPS
Standing overhead EZ bar extensions 3sets(6-8)

Wieghted dips 4sets of (8-10)

Seated one arm dumbell extensions 4(8-10)

Superset
Dumbell kickbacks(8-10)x4
Reverse pushdons(8-10)

well we cant judge, only you can, does your body respond to that routine very well? if not change it, theres no perfect routine, and never follow the same routine every single week only if your on the "JUICE"

Looks pretty good, but I agree with beastcook that your better off not doing the exact same routine week in and week out. Maybe alternate this with some other arm workout from one week to the next. Also I think Close-grip bench presses are the best exercise for triceps, so if you do decide to alternate arm workouts make sure to put those in the other one.

Close grip bench press, dips and J.M. Presses should be the main workout for triceps then the other extensions and such
