Sounds like a trendy drink at some weird Euro club huh? Well here is my favorite Animal Stack

Muscle Gaining Stack:

Pak
Omega
Flex
Stak
Shock Therapy

Pak- 1st meal
Omega- 3rd meal
Stak- preworkout
Shock Therapy- Intra workout
Flex- 5th meal



Cutting Stack:

Pak
Omega
Flex
Cuts

Same as above but...

Cuts- pre morning cardio/preworkout

I try to spar ST and stak. My lifting workouts also range from 1hr30mins to 2hr30mins so I use the ST for an added boost and to keep my muscles sustainable for the workout

Running almost the same stak myself soon...subbing mstak for stak and not taking Flex. That will sure put some muscle on your frame.

Diet:

I'm trying a severe calorie restriction for the next 2 weeks, but upping the carbs/protein to save muscle.

Meal 1: 280 cals: 1 piece Ezekiel Bread, 2 tbsp natty PB
Meal 2: 280 cals: Handful of almonds, half cup oats
Meal 3: 200 cals: 1 scoop whey, half cup oats
Meal 4: 280 cals: 8oz chicken/fish, 1 cup raw spinach no dressing
Meal 5: 200 cals: 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp natty PB
Meal 6: 100 cals: Handful of almonds

Total Cals: 1340. (These are aprox and can fluctuate)

Going try to go into a deep cut. Also want to see the possible health benefits from restricting calories.
