Hi, I have jsut a simple question

Usually i must take 2g of protein each kilogram of my bodyweight
for ex : 80kg = 160g protein

so my question is , is it bad to take 200g of protein or even more if body weight is on 80kg ?

Same Question would be on carbs.

2g per kg bodyweight is enough. You wont see any benefit from increasing it.

200g is fine.

80kg = 176lbs, so 160 grams of protein is too little in my opinion.

yes i thought that too, because on dexter jacksons homepage there's a protein calculator and it show me at 176lbs = about 240g of protein

It's a simple question without a simple answer. How much protein you should be eating depends on how much fat and how many carbs you eat, genetics, the quality of the protein, etc.

Most people will tell you it's better to eat more than you need than to eat less. So think of that 160g as a minimum, eat clean, and you should be fine.
