As I wait to go to bed here, I'm wondering if it's just me who is not getting much sleep. I know Machine doesn't, and many working people can't get the amount of sleep they're supposed to get, but HOW MUCH SLEEP IS EVERYONE ELSE GETTING OUT THERE? I get about 5 hours/night, and try to take a 20 min. nap sometime every afternoon. For my lack of sleep and recovery time/GH stimulation etc, etc, I have to make a full recovery by having a meticulous diet that will enable me to stay at the top, while sleeping at a minimum.

I don't get much sleep... I went for months on less than 4hrs a night... then i crashed completely... Got to the point where I was soo tired but i couldn't sleep at all.. went 3 days -- Over 72 hours w/out sleep.. then my body just gave out after those months of hardwork and insufficient rest...
Now i get maybe 5-6 hours of sleep--about 4 days a week.. the other 3 i'm still having crazy work/school schedule, so no go there... thank God i'm actually abel to get to a deep sleep when i can sleep now =) its from Lunesta... i have to come off in a couple weeks, and the doc is gonna see whats up... thinks i either have chronic insomnia, or i'm bipolar or something.. can't shut my mind off ever... i'd say both. lol
Get as much rest as you can.
I have huge sleeping problems as well. As you can see from my post time, it's 4:53 a.m. here and I still haven't gotten to sleep. I have always had trouble with falling asleep. I slept better while just pushing the weight around for a few months. I would lift and then come home for a shower and a good nights sleep. Now that I'm cutting I'm back to not sleeping at all. It's funny, all this cardio and high reps you would think I would be passing out easily.
I have plenty of time to rest, but I swear to god I think I'm an insomniac. I don't think I've ever fallen asleep in under 1-2 hours. Even with ZMA and Melatonin it didn't really seem to change. I get a lot of REST, I'm in bed from probably 1130-8/830 but actual sleep is a different story. Plus I always seem to fucking wake up somewhere between like 6-730

I get up at 04:00 for work every day & I get tired at around 9:00/9:30 and go to bed... But I do not get "restful" sleep.
I get up constantly to take a leak (1-2 gals of H2O per day does that to a guy)
I also have issues with my hands and arms falling asleep and waking me.
Then of course are the hunger pangs.
I have been like this for years - Get used to it!
I have found that 4-5 cap's of Valerian Root are very helpful to fall asleep. They stink like shit, but are a good natural substitute for sleeping aids.
i'm the opposite, i am like clockwork. go to bed by 10, asleep by 10:30, wake up at 6:30, don't even need an alarm clock.
I'd say around 5 to 6 hours on average. I know I could use a few more. I usually sleep four straight piss break than another two before it's time to get up.

Now that school started, my training, and I am running my old mans place i have been swamped with work. If I am lucky I will get 6 hours of sleep on a week day usually around 4-5 hours. However, Friday Night, Saturday Night, and Sunday Night while everyone else is chillen my ass is in bed for at least 10 hours getting all that sleep I missed out on. I also sleep atleast 30 mins in the weekdays during the day.

I consistently get 8 hours of sleep. I'm in bed by 10:30 and up by 6:30. My job is convenient because i don't go to work until 10:00 am. So I have plenty of time to get my workout done in the morning. Falling asleep for me is very easy. I'm usually exhausted by the end of the day.
