Hey everyone, sorry i haven't been around lately i have been going through a lot of shit with family and child support and other things. However I haven't let any of this hold me back I have still been training and and dieting but with an extremely limited budget. It don't matter what is keeping you down just fucking get what you want to achieve in life or bodybuilding. just take every punch and don't get phased. I used to workout in the afternoon but all my shit changed it to first thing in the morning and i have had better results anyway. Diet is smaller meals but more often around 7 meals a day 2.5 hours apart. Six day very low carb and one high carb day. i have been leaning out and my training has been 6 days a week. Everyday i repeat the saying from rocky balboa the movie. "It don't matter how hard you get hit, all that matter is that you keep going forward." next post will be my routine that i have been doing.

the current workout I have been doing 6 days a week 3 days heavy, 3 days light reps
Mon-heavy
Barbell Bench Press 3x8-12
Hammer Strength 3x8-12 and 1 set Rest Paused
Dips 4x12
Rack Chins 4x12

Lat Pulldowns 4x8-12

Tuesday-Heavy
Standing Front Press 4x8-12
Side Laterals 3x12 and 1 double drop set

Ill throw in traps any day as well as another calf exercise has been working great and I have been adding cardio at the end right now i am at three days a week of cardio for 40 mins

Right now my diet is simple and has been doing wonders for me. Six days a week low carbs and one day high carbs.

Meal 1
Low Carb
4 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1/2 c dry oatmeal
High Carb
4 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1/2 c grits, 2 slice ezikel bread w/ 2 tbsp grape jam

Meal 2
1 serving Real Gains

Meal 3
Low Carb
8 oz chicken breast, 1.5 c green beans, 1/3 c almonds
High Carb
8 oz chicken breast, 1.5 c green beans, 1/3 c almonds, 1 c spanish rice

Meal 4
low carb
2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp almond butter
high carb
2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 c oatmeal

Meal 5
low carb
6 oz salmon, large salad, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
high carb
Free meal(whatever I want but portion controlling)

Meal 6
Low carb
6 oz beef, large salad, 1 tbsp balsamic
high carb
6 oz beef, large salad, 1 tbsp balsamic, 1 c spanish rice

Meal 7
low carb
2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp almond butter
high carb
2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 c oatmeal

So far I have had a good training week and I am keeping good track of everything i consume including my water consumption have never really followed that but tracking that to see what works and what doesn't

Since my body fat is coming off slowly but surely i extended the low carb days this week i went from monday through the weekend and monday and now carbing up on today everyone has said oh you look great at the gym> yea its cool but i don't want to look great i want to be contest ready
