I've heard doing this while on keto is beneficial, but I don't know of anything while not on the diet.

Salt makes your muscles contract, so it is good to have a healthy amount in your daily diet. As far as taking extra salt before you workout, I can't see it negatively effecting you, but doubt the effects would be that noticeable. Why don't you try it out and report back?
yup will do. im takin animal pump right now and im pretty use to the pumps from that so i got back and Bis tomorrow, ill see how it goes

i think salt pulls muscle under the skin and potassium pulls it into the muscle. just take some creatine instead.

Its possible. I have never tried it. More Sodium in the cell than potassium out of the cell will pull water into cells (which is why you can bloat with too much salt), and more potassium outside of the cell than sodium will draw water out of the cells.
well i did try it today and i did actually feel a noticably bigger pump! i mixed two spoonfuls in about a cup of water and just drank 3 mouthfuls.

Im told that using unprocessed sea or rock salt is best, this salt is normally a pinkish colour.
Use only a pinch as it will help draw water into the muscle, i dont know about using a teaspoon, seems abit too much!
I think it's more along the lines that ADEQUATE
noo i just mixed a teaspoon in a cup of water but i only drank about 3 mouthfuls
