Was just wondering if this has too much fat to eat on a bulk for one or two of my meals.

the filet i buy is actually pretty lean for red meat- mid 90% range. if you're on a bulk, the extra cals won't hurt you. i think most will agree, red meat is great for a mass phase and building muscle strength.

i am envious if you are able to eat filet on a regular basis- it's spurging for me!!!

Holy shit! If you're able to eat filet mignon regularly on a bulk I am very jealous! Its a particularly lean cut of meat, so its all good.

x2. If I could eat it everyday I would be so damn happy.

x3.... I usually see it for about $20/lb. though so I stick with ground beef

Buy whole tenderloins (usually around 6lbs for 40-45 bucks) and trim the fat off and cut into filets yourself. It's cheaper and better than already cut filets.

on a bulk you are worried about fat in a cut of beef?

comeon brother, feed the machine! red meat is a STAPLE for adding mass.
